Bayview Asset Management Co., Ltd. has implemented the following organizational change as a part of its effort to strengthen its internal control structure.

In order to have stronger focus on each responsibility and assignment, Legal and Compliance has been reorganized into two independent offices. In particular, the Compliance Office will reinforce the independence from other sections of the company so as to check their activities and to maintain strict compliance to the laws and regulations vital to the investment management business.
