Product Development
Responsible for the composition and management of products, establishment of operational flow concerning products, and the preparation of contracts and legal documents. Coordinates the various operations pertaining to product development.

Responsible for the administrative management of direct sales, net asset value calculation, communication of transaction and settlement of investment products.
Corporate Administrations & Operations
Responsible for the company’s general and administrative affairs, human resources, accounting, and financial affairs. Supports the company as a whole by covering a wide range of operations from recruitment to securing an employee-friendly office environment.
Legal
Responsible for legal affairs concerning the company. Have in-house lawyers and engages in a variety of legal matters in addition to preparing, examining, and managing various contract documents.
IT
Responsible for the establishment of the company’s network system, as well as the preparation and management of the business system and IT related equipment. Committed to improving the internal infrastructure essential to the company.
Compliance
Responsible for the evaluation of the status of compliance with various laws, ordinances, and regulations, as well as the examination of materials for external use. Also monitors investment products’ status of compliance with guidelines and coordinates with the supervisory authorities.
Internal Audit
Responsible for the inspection of business execution at the respective divisions. Monitors the process of administrative procedures and aims to ensure adequate business operations by providing appropriate advice.
Executive Office
Responsible for providing support to the respective divisions for their business promotion, in addition to secretarial duties. Facilitates smooth communication between management and employees.
Digital Marketing
Responsible for direct offering of investment products to retail customers in Japan, including customer services, providing strategies for online marketing such as advertising, promotions, and seminar plans, and system development, maintenance, and management. Engaged in acquiring clients as well as expanding assets under management by promoting direct online sales.
